Who We Are
The Basement team are youth workers and trainers with music and media skills and experience who work with young people; a management committee who are volunteers and who make all the big decisions; admin and funding staff who keep the organization running.
We actively encourage participation from young people at many levels of the organization - from feeding into the management committee to putting on events or peer training.

The Basement Management Committee is currently recruiting new members, particularly people with experience and understanding of youth work, education, the music industry, and business management.
